allegations of non-compliance, the Program Director and the faculty involved
will investigate the report within three weeks. If an incident of
non-compliance is identified, the Program Director and faculty will take action
within the following three weeks to remedy the situation. The results of such
actions will be reviewed and discussed during the next Faculty Committee
meeting.
