pathway is designed for technologists that are:
- currently working with PACS
but have no formal theory courses related to the technology.
- desiring to advance into a
PACS career.
- wanting to broaden their
understanding of the technology and how it integrates into their chosen
area.
- Informatics professionals
that want to learn the Radiology PACS environment.
These
courses provide the theoretical foundation and clinical experience that would
coordinate with and enhance their current job responsibilities.

For those
students who are seeking a Bachelor degree, the coursework described in this
section for the IT PACS Systems Administrator Certificate may be applied to our
Bachelor
of Science in Health Care Business with major in Informatics or Bachelor of
